Manufacturing Quality

  A controlled heat treatment process based on German standards is applied to optimize hardness and bending resistance across the offset structure. The mounting base remains tough and ductile to prevent cracking or shear failure at the connection point.

  The mounting base is CNC machined to precise tolerances to ensure a secure fit inside standard loader sleeves. Accurate machining minimizes lateral play and helps maintain load stability during transport.
