Precision Machining

Precision Machining refers to the process of changing the shape or performance of a workpiece through one or more mechanical equipment. JYF machining main equipment includes CNC machining centers and CNC lathes. We have a variety of advanced processing equipment, lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, drilling machines, and other CNC equipment and advanced CNC machining centers. This enables us to provide customers with precision forging accessories products as well as finished products and finishing services. 

CNC Machining Center

CNC (machining center) is the abbreviation of computer numerical control machine tool, an automatic machine tool controlled by the program. The control system can logically process programs with control codes or other symbolic instructions and decode them by the computer. The machine tool executes the prescribed actions, and the blanks are processed into semi-finished parts through tool cutting. CNC stands for Computer number control. It means it is computer digital control, which is a processing technology widely used in the manufacturing industry.

 It is also the symbol of the current manufacturing industry. The CNC can easily realize multi-axis linkage processing, such as the processing of curved surfaces. If you leave the CNC and use ordinary machine tools to process, it is almost impossible to complete. In addition, CNC can easily implement a flexible manufacturing system, 

CNC Grinder

The CNC grinder is a machine tool that uses abrasive tools to grind the workpiece surface through CNC technology. Most grinders use high-speed rotating grinding wheels for grinding. CNC grinder types include CNC surface grinders, CNC centerless grinders, and CNC internal and external cylindrical grinders. It can process materials with higher hardness, such as hardened steel, cemented carbide, etc. The grinder can also process brittle materials, such as glass, granite, etc.

CNC Lathe

CNC lathes are one of the common CNC machine tools in factories. It can cut inner and outer cylindrical surfaces of shaft parts or disc parts, conical surfaces with arbitrary cone angles, complex rotating curved surfaces, cylinders, and conical threads. It can also perform grooving, drilling, reaming, and reaming, hole and boring, etc. The CNC machine tool automatically processes the processed parts in accordance with the pre-programmed processing program.

We compile the machining process route, process parameters, tool motion trajectory, displacement, cutting parameters, and auxiliary functions of the part into a machining program list according to the instruction code and program format specified by the CNC machine tool, and then record the contents of the program list on the control medium. It is then input into the numerical control device to command the machine tool to process the parts.
